Appeals

We moderate nghtstand to keep it safe, and sometimes we ban an account, remove content, or delete an account. If you believe a decision about your account was a mistake, you can ask us to take another look.

What you can appeal

• Your account was banned or suspended.
• Your account was deleted or removed.
• A photo, message, board post, or profile was removed or blocked.
• Any other moderation action you believe was made in error.

How to appeal

Email us at support@nghtstand.com with the subject line "Account appeal." To help us review it quickly, please include:

• The email address on your nghtstand account.
• What happened (banned, removed, or content taken down).
• Why you think the decision was a mistake, and any context.

What happens next

A human reviews every appeal. We aim to respond within a few business days. We may uphold the original decision, reverse it, or restore your account or content. Our review is final and decisions remain at our sole discretion, as described in our Terms and Content & Safety Policy.

What can't be appealed

Some removals are not reversible. Content involving minors or child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, and other illegal content are removed permanently and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities. These decisions are not subject to appeal.
