Complaints Policy

Effective 2026-10-06

If something on nghtstand worries you, tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint, what happens next, and how long it takes. It applies to everyone, whether or not you have an account.

How to make a complaint

What happens next

A person reads every complaint. All reported complaints are resolved within 5 business days, and we tell you the outcome using the contact details you gave us.

Where there is evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, we remove it immediately. We don't wait for the end of the review to take it down. We may also suspend the account behind it while we look.

Anything involving a minor is removed at once, the account is closed, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as the law requires. Requests under the TAKE IT DOWN Act are handled within 48 hours, as explained on the removal page.

We never penalize anyone for a complaint made in good faith.

If you disagree with the outcome

You can ask us to look again. Our Appeals Policy explains how. If we still disagree, the disagreement is resolved by a neutral body, at our expense.

Billing complaints

You can raise a billing complaint with us at support@nghtstand.com or with our billing partner, CCBill, at 1.888.596.9279 or consumersupport@ccbill.com. See Billing & Refunds.

Records

We keep a record of every complaint, what we decided and when. We share summaries with our payment processor and its bank when they ask, as our Content & Safety Policy explains.

In an emergency

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) first. A complaint to us is not a substitute for the police.
