Report or Request Removal of Content

Our TAKE IT DOWN Act & non-consensual content policy

nghtstand, Inc. has zero tolerance for non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII"), including real or computer-generated (deepfake) intimate images of a person shared without their consent, and for any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor. If you appear in intimate content on nghtstand that was shared without your consent, or you are the parent or guardian of a minor depicted in any content, you can ask us to remove it and we will act quickly.

How to make a request

Email support@nghtstand.com with the subject line "Content Removal" and include:

You do not need to be a nghtstand user to make a request, and you do not need to send us a copy of the intimate image itself.

Our commitment: removal within 48 hours

Consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, once we receive a valid request we will remove the reported content, and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies, within 48 hours. We may take content down immediately while we review. We will not penalize you for reporting in good faith.

Child sexual abuse material

Any content that involves a minor is blocked and removed immediately, the account is terminated, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law. See our Content & Safety Policy and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing support@nghtstand.com. See our Contact page for our full complaints and appeals process.

This policy is a template and is not legal advice. The TAKE IT DOWN Act imposes specific notice-and-removal obligations on covered platforms; nghtstand, Inc. should have this policy and its removal workflow reviewed by a licensed attorney and confirm the designated point of contact and process.
